Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

We are partnering with a highly respected
complex litigation law firm in Downtown Los Angeles
seeking an experienced
Litigation Paralegal
to join their team.
A minimum of 3 years of specific Class Action and Wage & Hour experience is required
for consideration.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare
complaint packages ,
civil cover sheets , and manage
service of process .
Handle
peremptory challenges of judicial assignments .
Work on a docket focused on
Class Action and collection actions .
Perform
e-filing in state and federal courts .
Assist with the
class action settlement process , including
preliminary and final approval stages .
Prepare
Tables of Authorities
and conduct
cite checks
for accuracy and validity.
Organize and filter large data sets using
Microsoft Excel .
Provide arbitration or trial support (experience in this area is a plus).
