We're looking for a dedicated Corporate Paralegal to support RDV Corporation's corporate governance, record-keeping, contract management, and entity formation activities.

What You'll Do

Assist in the formation and qualification of domestic and foreign business entities and maintain entity formation records.

Support contract management and assist with building out a comprehensive contract‑management system.

Assist with investment record keeping.

Monitor and maintain regulatory compliance calendars, ensuring timely filings with state and federal agencies and communication with tax and financial professionals.

Draft and edit legal documents related to entity formation and corporate governance.

Collaborate with internal tax and financial colleagues across projects to ensure timely compliance reporting and information sharing.

Manage deadlines effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Handle multiple priorities and deadlines with exemplary follow‑through and confidentiality.

Anticipate potential problems and propose innovative solutions proactively.

Provide project support and coordination for a variety of legal and non‑legal projects, including research, planning, reporting, creating timelines, tracking, follow‑up, and occasional project leadership.

Organize and accurately maintain files, facilitate items requiring approval/signature, and manage data.

Support corporate governance activities.

Assist with special projects as assigned.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree and professional experience as a corporate‑focused paralegal or similar role.

Strong understanding of corporate formation, governance, and compliance principles and best practices.

Experience with entity formation processes, entity management, and corporate record‑keeping.

Experience working alongside attorneys.

Experience with real estate and investment documents helpful but not required.

Familiarity with common legal terms and documents.

Excellent writing and communication skills.

Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to interface with diverse audiences and stakeholders.

Strong judgement and comfort working with confidential, sensitive, and proprietary information, with an uncompromised commitment to confidentiality.

Ability to collaborate with diverse personalities in a cross‑functional team environment.

High degree of integrity, ethics, discretion, and dedication to the organization’s mission.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
