Our client, an elite national law firm, is seeking an experienced
IP Patent Paralegal
to join its distinguished Intellectual Property Chemical Sciences team.
Base Pay Range $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Additional Compensation Annual Bonus
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of patent prosecution for complex, global client portfolios, including the preparation and filing of U.S. and international patent applications.
Coordinate with foreign associates, handle USPTO and WIPO correspondence, prepare and file responses and formal documents, maintain accurate dockets and client reports, and ensure deadlines are met.
Keep attorneys, clients, and vendors informed throughout the prosecution process.
Qualifications
Experience in intellectual property, with extensive work with pharmaceutical portfolios and university clients highly preferred.
Solid understanding of USPTO, PCT, and international patent rules and procedures.
Knowledge of chemical formulas and sequence listings required.
