Position Overview
Marcari, Russotto, Spencer & Balaban , a rapidly growing plaintiff’s personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced and motivated Spanish Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal/Case Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled paralegal with a background in handling personal injury cases to join our dedicated team. Essential Functions
Deliver exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases.
Obtain, review, and organize damage information.
Prepare settlement proposals/demand packages for attorney review and approval.
Draft settlement calculations and agreements.
Ensure that cases are progressing in a timely manner.
Perform various clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, providing information to clients, composing routine correspondence, and managing incoming mail.
Qualifications
2+ years paralegal experience handling personal injury cases.
Bilingual proficiency in
English and Spanish , both written and spoken. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Must be a team player.
