Position Summary We’re hiring an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to handle cases from intake through resolution. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients, attorneys, insurance companies, and medical providers to move cases forward and maintain outstanding client service. This position is in‑person and requires reliable transportation.
Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate: $21–$25, based on experience.
Annual Salary: $43,000 – $52,000 yearly.

Responsibilities
Work personal injury claims from intake through settlement or litigation
Serve as the primary client liaison, providing timely case updates and support
Collect and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and other documentation
Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and legal professionals
Maintain accurate records in the case management system, Dropbox, and the hard file
Ensure compliance with confidentiality, policies, and legal standards
Support the attorney – our team approach means a single attorney reporting structure providing clear direction and focused priorities, including case preparation, documentation, and scheduling
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in personal injury law
Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Experience with CasePeer is helpful but not required
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong client service orientation and emotional intelligence
Ability to manage deadlines and case priorities independently
Reliable transportation and auto insurance
Ability to pass a background and resume verification check
