Candidates must be comfortable teaching all ages and levels, from young beginners to advanced teens, and able to create a structured, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.

Strong dance background
Teaching experience
Excellent work ethic and professionalism
Clear, consistent communication and corrections
Ability to choreograph recital and/or competitive pieces
