We believe in the importance of early childhood education and are actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our Clarkston team.
As the Lead Toddler Teacher, you have responsibility for day-to-day classroom activities with the support and collaboration of an assistant teacher to provide the best possible learning experience for young children utilizing the High Scope curriculum.
Position Details Status: Regular, full-time (40 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (8am-5pm)
Pay rate: $15-$20/hour (based on certification or degree and years of experience)
Location: Onsite, Clarkston, MI
Qualifications
CDA (Child Development Associate) credential, required
Bachelor’s or associates degree in early childhood education, child development or child-related field, preferred
Minimum of one year experience in a toddler classroom, required
CPR Certification
Willing to pursue higher education in accordance with NAEYC and Michigan Child Care Licensing guidelines for ECE Teachers
