Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well‑being. Specific benefits—such as day‑one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonus—may vary by position. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.

Responsibilities
Apply skill in dealing individual games, providing prompt, accurate and courteous service in accordance with policies and procedures
Handle customer transactions for "buy‑ins," "pay‑offs" and markers
Verify fills and credits to the game
Notify Games Supervisor of any irregularities in the play and/or transactions during the shift
Adhere to appropriate gaming regulations, policies and procedures
Take losing bets and pay winning bets according to established rules and procedures
Other job‑related duties as assigned
Requirements
Excellent communication skills; understand and comply with all Company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures
Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
Knowledge and ability to deal Dealer assigned game
Ability to perform basic math
Skill in providing customers with an exceptionally enjoyable experience while performing functions of the position
High school education or equivalent required.
Has completed acceptable training program resulting in proficiency in dealing at least one casino table game.
Dealing Experience (at least two core games)
