Are you an experienced aircraft engineer with a passion for teaching? Due to our continued growth, AirTanker is seeking a Part 147 Technical Training Instructor to design and deliver A330 (RR Trent 700) B2 accredited type training to our Fleet Engineering community. This role combines technical expertise with instructional excellence, ensuring our engineers are trained to the highest industry standards.

What you’ll be doing

Develop and deliver Part 147 A330 B2 theoretical and practical type training

Maintain and update courseware to meet regulatory standards

Provide technical expertise to create and maintain a fully compliant exam bank

Carry out exam invigilator duties

Deliver bespoke technical training and continuation training (Human Factors, EWIS, ETOPS, SMS, etc.)

Support emerging technical training requests both on and off-site

Ensure student welfare and safety during theoretical and practical training events

Deputise for the Technical Training Manager when required

What you’ll bring

Current B2 UK CAA Part 66 Licence with A330 (RR Trent 700) Type Rating

Proven experience working in a civilian MRO environment (Line and Base Maintenance advantageous)

Strong knowledge of UK CAA regulations

Recognised Instructional Techniques qualification

Experience designing and delivering technical training using varied methods (eLearning, remote, Airbus ACT)

Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office 365 (especially PowerPoint)

Full UK driving licence
