Description

Conduct regular clinical supervision for all counselors, peer support specialists, interns, and/or any direct care staff within the program.
Serve as a resource for counselors regarding program policies and procedures, ensuring that staff are aware of and following current standards of care.
Provide onboarding, training, and performance evaluations of staff members and interns.
Facilitate patient intake admissions and assign primary counselor.
Provide clinical expertise and guidance to oversee recommendations and interventions related to patient care.
Make and maintain referrals to appropriate resource agencies and provide feedback to those agencies.
Plan and conduct staff development activities as necessary.
Monitor employee morale and consult with Program Manager and Director to recommend improvement of retention and job satisfaction.
Provide case management, individual, group, and family counseling for patients, as necessary.
Conduct patient assessments to develop, implement, and participate in patient treatment plans.
Prepare and maintain clinical records ensuring accurate and timely submission of data for program reporting as required.
Review patient charts and complete monthly Quality Improvement chart audits.
Perform counselor duties when absent and assist with crisis intervention as needed.
Education and Experience
Masters degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
LMHC, LCSW or LMFT license required
Supervisory Responsibilities 6-10 employees.
Job Type Full-time (Exempt).
