A partner hospital is seeking a
full-time Urgent Care Veterinarian
to join its dynamic team in
Greenwood, IN . This is an exciting opportunity for a veterinarian with a passion for emergency medicine and a desire to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced, supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have a DVM degree and experience in emergency or urgent care medicine. Key Responsibilities:
Provide urgent care services to animals in need of immediate medical attention. Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and other medical conditions. Administer medications, fluids, and other treatments as needed. Maintain accurate medical records for all patients. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their pets' health and treatment plans. Ideal Candidate:
DVM/VMD degree
from an AVMA-accredited veterinary college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program). 1-2 years of experience
in emergency medicine is preferred, though new graduates with a passion for urgent care are encouraged to apply. Strong
clinical skills
and the ability to handle multiple patients with varying priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent
communication
and
interpersonal skills , with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a veterinary team. A commitment to providing exceptional care in line with a
