Lead Veterinarian
to join their team. This full-service, feline-friendly hospital is equipped with digital radiology, ultrasound, and a dedicated surgery suite. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and skilled veterinarian with at least 2 years of experience as an Associate Veterinarian, ready to lead a talented team in providing high-quality patient care. Responsibilities of the Lead Veterinarian:
Medical Care : Provide diagnosis, treatment, and surgery for animals. Team Leadership : Oversee the veterinary staff, including technicians, assistants, and receptionists, ensuring smooth operations. Clinic Operations : Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, and maintaining records. Policy Development : Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures. Client Interaction : Educate clients about their pets’ health and prevention, while providing information and updates on treatment plans. Qualifications:
DVM
(Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) degree. At least
2 years of experience
as an Associate Veterinarian. Proficiency in
all aspects of veterinary medicine
including surgeries, diagnostics, and treatments. Strong
communication ,
interpersonal , and
organizational
skills. Ability to work independently while being a strong team player. Excellent
time management
