Job Description: The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. The PSR I draws quality blood samples from patients and provides the phlebotomy component of care by using a patient-centered approach. The PSR I has the responsibility and accountability to ensure that specimens collected meet the laboratory's quality goals. The PSR I cares for patients and involves patients and their family members in the formulation of the plan of care.
