Seeking a part-time receptionist to join our team at our nursing center. The receptionist is the first person that a patient/resident, family member, candidate or client interacts with at the nursing center. Your administrative skills and winning personality will directly impact the nursing center reputation.

Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

• Answering all incoming calls professionally and courteously and redirecting them appropriately.
• Warmly welcoming, greeting, and directing patients, visitors, and guests.
• Coordinating outgoing and incoming mail.
• Maintaining current lists of patients/residents by name/room number and employees by names/phone extension.
• Ordering supplies and performing other clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have a high school degree or equivalent.
• Be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients and visitors and respond to their medical and physical needs.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be proficient with Google; Docs, Sheets, Slides.
