Licensed Waste Water Treatment Technician Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 35.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 07:00am to 03:00pm)
The Waste Water Treatment Technician is responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment plant systems to ensure compliance with federal, state (ADEM), and local environmental regulations. Technicians monitor treatment processes, operate equipment, conduct sampling and testing, perform maintenance and repairs, and maintain accurate logs and reports.
Licensed Waste Water Treatment Technician Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Required
Alabama Waste Water Treatment Operator Certification
Knowledge of mechanical systems, (pumps, Valves) electrical controls, and process instrumentation
2 years experience required
