Schedule Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm Responsibilities Operate forklift, pallet jack, reach truck to pull and prepare outbound customer orders Build, wrap, sort, pick, pack, and stage customer orders Load outbound delivery trucks and will calls Consolidate product to maximize space utilization Repackage and/or relabel products due to damages/vendor errors and returns Stock received merchandise and/or movement of stock items Clean the workspace as you for and participate with the team in keeping the facility clean, safe and accident free Answer phone calls and follow-up on orders, shortages and/or mistakes. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skill Attention to detail, organization and project management skills Excellent customer service skills Proven ability to read and interpret printed orders and direction Demonstrated record of safety and quality control Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as a member of a team Regularly exhibits a strong work ethic and high degree of self‑motivation Perform duties under minimal direction High sense of urgency and be able to multi‑task competing priorities Excellent attendance record Must have proficient math skills Must be able to pass Pre‑Employment Drug Screen and Background Check Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures, and actively embody our core values in every interaction and responsibility High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Minimum 1+ years’ warehouse experience, preferably in shipping and receiving Minimum 1+ years’ experience with Forklifts Minimum 1+ years’ experience with Pallet Jacks Minimum 1+ years’ experience with Reach Trucks Physical Requirements Ability to lift items that weigh a minimum of 50lbs regularly Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to bend, stoop and climb repetitiously throughout the day Physical Demands The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by a Millcraft Paper Company employee in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
