Benefits : 401K (no match) Health Dental Vision Holidays off REQUIREMENTS FOR A COSMETOLOGY INSTRUCTOR SUPERVISOR Experience instructing at a cosmetology school with solid work history and verifiable references Current cosmetology, barbering, esthetic, or nail and instructor license Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills Proficiency in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment Genuine passion for the beauty industry Honesty and professionalism in all interactions Familiarity with Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems is preferred.
