Education Requirements: · Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited educational institution · Self-Assessment Skills Checklist and Specialty Exam for Med/Surg
Licensure & Certifications: · Active New York State RN License with Primary Source Verification · AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) · AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
