What’s On Offer: Base salary up to $200,000 depending on experience Production-based bonus structure available Sign-on bonus up to $20,000 4-day work week with no weekend shifts Generous PTO and paid holidays Health, dental, vision, chiropractic, and acupuncture coverage CE allowance with paid CE days Full reimbursement for licensing, VIN membership, and malpractice insurance 401(k) with employer match Supportive mentorship from established DVMs
