Atlas Consultancy Group
If you’re looking for a practice where your skills are valued, your schedule is balanced, and collaboration is key… look no further! Atlas has teamed up with a fabulous established small animal hospital in the vibrant Minneapolis South metro area that are on the hunt for an Associate Veterinarian to join them! This isn't just a job, it’s a chance to become part of a community that’s passionate about making a difference for pets and their people.
The clinic takes pride in being AAHA-accredited and Fear Free certified. The vibe here is welcoming, and collaborative, right now they’re a tight-knit group of three veterinarians, backed by fantastic veterinary assistants and technicians. They believe in working hard, supporting each other, and celebrating wins—both big and small.
Here’s what sets them apart: They’re all about flexibility and balance. A full-time schedule here means just three days a week, yes, really! Plus, you’d work rotating Saturdays (no Sundays!) to give you that extra bit of weekend freedom. They know you’ve got a life outside of work and want to help you enjoy it.
The clinic is filled with top-notch equipment because they believe that great tools make great medicine. They’ve got digital radiography; ultrasound; and a fully equipped surgical and dental suite for both routine and complex cases. Their in-house lab keeps diagnostics fast and efficient, and their on-site pharmacy means that clients can get what they need without the extra hassle.
