Our partners are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a thriving, fast-paced small animal practice in Kelso, WA. You’ll see everything from routine wellness and preventative care to complex medical, urgent, and surgical cases, making this an ideal role for a DVM who wants to grow, stay challenged, and be well rewarded for their effort.

Key highlights Busy small animal GP with exotic exposure, primarily avian cases Four-doctor practice with licensed technicians and strong technician utilization Approximately 2:1 technician-to-DVM ratio, with additional support staff High caseload with no downtime and exceptional case variety Broad surgical exposure including abdominal surgery, emergency procedures, and advanced dentistry High-end ultrasound with trained technicians performing echocardiograms and abdominal studies Advanced in-house diagnostics and access to reference laboratories Diverse clientele drawn from multiple surrounding communities Strong leadership and a culture built around teamwork and clinical excellence

About you Licensed or license-eligible DVM in Washington Enjoys a fast-paced environment and staying clinically engaged Interested in continued development of soft tissue surgery and dentistry Comfortable managing a wide spectrum of medical and surgical cases Collaborative, team-oriented veterinarian who values strong support staff
