Clinical Supervisor – Licensed Therapist (W-2)

Part-time, flexible ( minimum 15 client sessions/week , additional sessions possible based on client demand). Position Summary We are seeking a
fully licensed therapist
(LPC, LCSW, or equivalent) to join our team as a
Clinical Supervisor . This role includes both
direct client care
and
supervision of associate therapists . Our ideal candidate is experienced, passionate about mentorship, and enjoys working in a collaborative group practice setting. Responsibilities Provide
minimum 15 client sessions per week . Additional sessions may be scheduled based on client demand and mutual agreement. Work at least one weeknight (identified as 4-8 pm) per week. Supervise
1–2 associate therapists weekly , providing guidance, case consultation, and professional development. Document sessions and supervision hours accurately in the electronic health record. Participate in
team meetings and case consultations . Support the growth and development of associate clinicians within the practice. Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and insurance requirements. Qualifications Fully licensed in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent). Minimum
3–5 years of clinical experience
post-licensure (experience supervising clinicians preferred). Strong understanding of clinical documentation, insurance billing, and evidence-based treatment practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development. Compensation 50% split on client sessions $65-70 per supervision hour Competitive part-time W-2 benefits including liability insurance, malpractice coverage, flexible schedule, and access to our EHR system.
