Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Our client, a global manufacturing company, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resource Business Partner. The HR Business Partner provides strategic and operational HR support, coaching, and guidance to managers and employees, ensuring alignment with company policies and business objectives. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, driving HR initiatives that support employee engagement, performance, and organizational growth.
