Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care in a large-level IV NICU, covering multiple hospitals within the system.
- Work collaboratively with a skilled team of healthcare professionals.
- Full-time NNPs will rotate across three facilities, all located within a 20-30 minute drive of each other.
- Manage shifts in Level III and Level IV units with both day and night shift options available.
- Must have strong experience dealing with high acuity cases.
- Maintain NNP Board Certification throughout employment.
- Master's Degree in Nursing and/or Doctorate in Nursing (REQUIRED)
- Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (REQUIRED; FNP and PNP certifications will not be accepted)
- Current 2+ years of experience as an NNP (not including RN experience) - (REQUIRED)
- Ability to work in a high-acuity environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Current Florida License (or willingness to obtain one) - (REQUIRED)
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days of application) - (REQUIRED)
- DEA Registration (must be obtained prior to start) - (REQUIRED)
