Overview The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in the store and/or venue assisting the Management Team with creating the ultimate game day and shopping experience for fans by leading the warehouse effort. The Warehouse Associate drives results through effective communication and teambuilding. This position is part-time and will work a rotating schedule including days, nights, and weekends as needed. Responsibilities Maintain a neat, clean and organized warehouse Oversee the entire inventory life cycle; including processing transfers, tagging incoming merchandise and restocking merchandise Ensure procedures are executed within all aspects of inventory control Support team store; pull store orders within the given timeline Coordinate delivery schedules with management Communicate expectations for assignments and projects to employees under supervision Provide training and assistance to new employees as required Provide feedback to associates based on observed job performance Ensure OSHA compliance Perform other related duties as required Understand Fanatics values and how they relate to the role Education, Experience and Requirements High School graduate or equivalent Execute assignments accurately, timely and safely Maintain a clean and safe environment Clean driving record and a valid state driver’s license may be required Forklift certification per OSHA is a plus Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Availability to work extended hours on game days and during events Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Possess a fun, outgoing, confident, professional demeanor Prior management experience preferred Ability to work well with all levels of management, build partnerships and direct teams Ability to anticipate and solve problems, act decisively and persist Ability to represent Fanatics values and standards Available to work varied shifts including weekends, closing and holidays Strong verbal and written communication skills Physical Demands Regularly required to sit/stand, reach, bend and move about the facility as needed Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs Game Day scheduling may involve exposure to various weather elements if assigned outside Compensation The salary range for this position is $16.78-$19.00 per hour, base pay only; incentive compensation may apply as part of an overall package.
