The HR/Office Manager is a business partner who supports the daily HR, accounting and operational needs of our manufacturing facility located in Sebring, FL. Reporting to the CHRO with dotted-line accountability to the Site Manager, this role ensures seamless operations by managing employee processes, recruiting & onboarding, and safety programs. As a key liaison between corporate and plant teams, the role fosters a positive workplace culture, supports supervisors and employees, and drives engagement initiatives to help our plant, and its people thrive.
Responsibilities
HR processes including attendance management, payroll reports, weekly shift coverage schedule and employee relations.
Recruiting and onboarding.
Plant administrative and accounting support including accounts payable processes, ordering/managing supplies, supporting inventory cycle counting and tracking daily spending.
Plant culture and engagement.
Employee data management and reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Prior experience supporting plant finance and accounting processes.
Familiarity with HRIS systems, such as Paycom, and timecard management systems.
Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations.
Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
