Battery Test Operator

Adecco is assisting a local client in Louisville, KY for a Battery Test Operator paying $20/hr. The shift is 8am-4:30pm. This is a great opportunity to work on a small team closely with dedicated professionals and play a key role in ensuring that high-quality parts reach consumers. Responsibilities:

• Connect battery modules to designated test stations following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor test progress and ensure completion according to defined parameters.
• Execute safe discharge and disposition procedures based on test outcomes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the test area.
• Identify and escalate anomalies or equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to testing efficiency and safety.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and battery technology.
• Ability to follow technical procedures and safety protocols.
• Comfortable working with hand tools and test equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Prior experience in battery testing, electronics, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
