About the role
As an Automation Tester with MS Dynamics 365 experience, you will make an impact by leading automation testing initiatives and ensuring high-quality delivery across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related platforms. You will be a valued member of our technology team and collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to drive testing excellence.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and execute automation testing strategies for MS Dynamics 365 Service and Sales Cloud, including Power Apps.
- Design, plan, and implement test automation frameworks and scripts using tools such as Selenium and Python.
- Manage end-to-end testing processes, including test strategy, planning, design, execution, and defect management.
- Coordinate onsite and offshore teams, acting as the primary point of contact for client management and project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Agile methodologies, GXP processes, and Life Science validation standards

What you need to have to be considered:
- 8+ years of experience in software testing, including automation and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Proven expertise in MS Dynamics 365 Service and Sales Cloud (Power Apps) and automation testing.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, testing methodologies, test strategy, and execution.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, Selenium, Python, and test management tools (ALM, XRAY, JIRA).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
This will help you stand out:
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales/Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with Robot Framework and SQL.
- Familiarity with Life Science validation testing concepts and GXP processes.
- Strong client management skills and experience in project estimation and strategy.
- Agile expertise, including participation in ceremonies and process improvement.

Salary and other compensation:
Applications will be accepted until December 30 th, 2025
The annual salary for this position is between $53,477 to 104,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
