About the Role
Ready to get hands-on and learn a valuable trade? We're looking for a motivated Entry-Level Sandblaster to join our production team! This is a great opportunity for someone who likes active work, takes pride in doing things the right way, and wants to grow their skills in a manufacturing environment. No experience? No problem well train you!
What Youll Do
- Review job priorities and prep materials for sandblasting.
- Select the correct blasting media based on customer and process requirements.
- Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Handle hazardous waste properly and safely.
- Assist with additional production tasks as needed teamwork is key!

- High school diploma or GED (required)
- No experience needed just a willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stay focused and organized, even when things get busy
- A self-motivated, enthusiastic attitude

- Good communication skills and willingness to ask questions
