Insight Global is seeking to hire a Recruiter for one of our clients! This role will involved managing high volume candidate screening, coordinating interviews and supporting hiring teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy and thrives in a fast paces environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Resume Screening: Review and shortlist candidates from high-volume applicant pools (minimum 150 resumes per week).
- Assessment Coordination: Send and track completion of video, cognitive, and behavioral assessments via Workable.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm interview logistics across hiring teams and candidates.
- Candidate Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and professional interactions
- Initial Video Screenings: Conduct structured video interviews for entry-level roles using provided guides and standardized questions
- ATS Management: Maintain candidate records and workflow statuses in Workable, ensuring data accuracy and hiring pipeline visibility.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure hiring goals are met within set timelines.
- Process Adherence: Follow defined SOPs while offering suggestions for continuous improvement in recruitment operations. Must haves:
- 1 year of experience in recruiting
- Proficiency with google workspace
- Familiarity with Jira and confluence for workflow and documentation
- Experience using workable ATS or similar applicant tracking systems Strong organizational and time management skills
