Interim Recruiter Opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to attract top talent across various roles.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to organize and streamline the recruitment workflow.
• Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to create a positive and detail-oriented experience.
• Monitor recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make necessary adjustments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in corporate recruiting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Strong background in mental health recruiting - including case workers, nurses, therapists, etc.
• Experience utilizing Paycor.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
