Interim Recruiter Opportunity

Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract top talent across various roles.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to organize and streamline the recruitment workflow.
- Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to create a positive and detail-oriented experience.
- Monitor recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in corporate recruiting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong background in mental health recruiting - including case workers, nurses, therapists, etc.
- Experience utilizing Paycor.
- Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
