Role Purpose The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. This role involves managing HR staff, providing support for recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management. The supervisor will collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Supervise and mentor HR staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team environment. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and provide guidance. Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection. Collaborate with department managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution to maintain a positive workplace culture. Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust as necessary. Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, ensuring regular feedback and evaluations. Support managers in addressing performance issues and developing improvement plans. Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Analyze HR metrics to assess departmental performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports for management on HR activities, employee turnover, and training outcomes. Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages. Help ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Experiences/Education - Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or work experience combination. 8+ years of experience in increasing levels of responsibility in HR positions. HR Certification preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate. Experiences/Education - Desired Familiarity with human resource management software. Analytical research skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time‑management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. ※ This position does not support immigration sponsorship. Salary range: $124,078.00 – $170,608.00 (Full Time).
