Providing safe, therapeutic resident care from admission to discharge • Collaborating with physicians, families, and multidisciplinary team members • Utilizing the nursing process to restore and maintain residents’ mental and physical health • Serving as a compassionate caregiver, clinical role model, and resource for staff Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Wisconsin in good standings with no restrictions • Experience in long-term care (preferred) Compassion, Inclusion, Integrity, Excellence, and Collaboration.
