Join an ambitious and rapidly growing business services company as their Chief Financial Officer. Our client is focused on achieving $400M in revenue through an aggressive combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions, in partnership with a notable private equity firm. We are looking for an exemplary CFO to collaborate closely with the CEO and drive success in reaching performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Become a vital member of the Executive Leadership Team, contributing to the development and execution of the company’s strategic initiatives.

Work alongside the CEO and senior management to establish clear performance metrics and accountability systems, effectively managing risks and supporting the execution of company strategy.

Lead a comprehensive annual planning and forecasting process that offers analytical insights to management, ensuring aggressive yet attainable plans are set.

Ensure the organization maintains an optimal capital structure by minimizing the cost of capital while preserving financial flexibility.

Oversee the treasury function, including all financing and cash management activities.

Direct the accounting, control, and tax functions of the company, ensuring adequate financial and non-financial controls are in place while effectively leveraging technology for financial reporting.

Act as both a financial advisor and a business partner to the CEO and other leadership members.

Provide accurate, timely, and relevant financial reporting across all levels of the organization and to external stakeholders.

Bring experience working with a Private Equity Sponsor.

In addition to these responsibilities, the CFO will manage all aspects related to controllership, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, and internal audit. You will provide leadership and development for the finance organization, ensuring an engaged and well-compensated team.

Professional Experience/Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of experience in senior financial roles, demonstrating increasing responsibility in a high-growth setting. Previous experience as a senior finance leader or CFO within businesses of $250M or larger, particularly in the professional services sector, is desirable. A strong drive to cultivate a world‑class finance organization and create value is essential. Significant experience in financial planning and analysis, with an emphasis on integrating acquisitions within a growth environment, is highly valued.

Education A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related business discipline is required, with a graduate degree preferred. A CPA or MBA is strongly preferred.
