Role & Responsibilities
Scale the engineering organization
from 80 to 300+ team members while ensuring innovation velocity and resource optimization—expanding existing teams and building new ones where needed.
Build and mentor a high‑performing engineering management bench , including engineering managers and technical directors, with a focus on short‑term execution, product innovations, long‑term mindset and do‑it mindset.
Implement best‑in‑class engineering processes and workflows
that support efficient development, on‑time product delivery, high‑quality deliverables, and hands‑on management of customers.
Drive engineering teams to deliver critical technical milestones
that enable product expansion, meet evolving customer requirements, and support seamless scalability during hyper‑growth.
Foster a strong, inclusive engineering culture
rooted in innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Define and track key performance metrics
and create transparent career development paths to support retention and long‑term team success.
Cross‑functional collaboration
