About the Role The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of tax concepts and regulations related to partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, and high-net-worth individuals, with an emphasis on real estate transactions and compliance. They will lead client engagements, manage staff, and deliver strategic tax planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Review and manage complex federal and state tax returns for real estate entities and related structures
Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services to clients in the commercial real estate sector
Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Research and interpret tax laws to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for savings
Provide leadership in staffing and program execution
