Director of Behavioral Health
to lead inpatient behavioral health services at a well-established acute care hospital serving the Fort Walton Beach and Destin community. This facility is known for its integrated care model, strong clinical support, and collaborative multidisciplinary environment. Partnering closely with medical and executive leadership, this role offers the opportunity to drive quality outcomes, staff engagement, and program growth within a respected healthcare system.

$110,000 - $130,000 + Annual Incentive Bonus Relocation assistance available!
Daily Responsibilities for Director of Behavioral Health:
As Director of Behavioral Health, you will lead and develop high-performing teams while driving clinical quality, patient experience, and operational efficiency. This role partners closely with interdisciplinary leaders to implement evidence-based practices, support workforce development, and identify opportunities for service expansion. The Director plays a critical role in shaping strategy, culture, and long-term program success.

Required Qualifications For Director Of Behavioral Health
Active, unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or valid compact licensure. Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required Progressive leadership experience in inpatient Behavioral Health
