Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week, in person

What You’ll Do: Provide individual, family, and group therapy to adults facing substance abuse and mental health concerns Develop personalized treatment plans and guide patients toward measurable progress Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow clinicians in a team-based care model Support patients and families with education around coping strategies, recovery, and mental wellness Respond with empathy and professionalism during crises or escalations
What We’re Looking For: Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field Active Indiana licensure:
LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, or PsyD Experience in mental health or psychiatric care preferred Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
