Overview : The Associate Clinician provides high-quality individual and group psychotherapy to adults with complex mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders. This role works with high-acuity populations and requires strong clinical judgment, emotional regulation, and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team. The clinician maintains a minimum of 25 direct clinical service hours per week and upholds all documentation and ethical standards.

Clinical Services Provide individual and group therapy as the primary function of the role Conduct clinical intakes, psychosocial assessments, and comprehensive treatment planning Deliver crisis intervention services while ensuring the safety of clients and staff Support clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders Work effectively with high-acuity populations, including clients experiencing: Severe trauma histories, psychosis, emotional dysregulation, housing instability or homelessness Collaboration & Care Coordination Coordinate care with case managers, housing teams, and external providers Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences when assigned Documentation & Compliance Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) Adhere to ethical guidelines, agency policies, and regulatory requirements Productivity Expectations Deliver a minimum of

25 hours of direct clinical services per week Required & Preferred Qualifications AMFT / ACSW / APCC LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) Experience (Preferred) Minimum

3 years of experience

with the behavioral health population Strongly preferred experience in: addiction treatment and co-occurring disorders, high-acuity mental health settings, trauma-informed care, psychosis and emotional dysregulation, working with diverse cultural and socio-economic populations
