MB Attorney Search has been exclusively retained by a respected national law firm to recruit a Creditor’s Rights Attorney for its Kansas City office. About the Role: The Creditor’s Rights Attorney will handle a broad range of matters including: Replevins, suits on notes and guaranties, foreclosures, and creditor-focused litigation Litigation related to asset recovery, claim objections, and judgment enforcement Appearances in court for hearings and creditor rights matters Your clients: You will serve a variety of clients, including banks, financial institutions, and credit unions, helping them protect and recover their assets.
