The Windows Systems Administrator is responsible for installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software, including Windows systems (versions 2014 through 2022) and virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi 6.5 and up). The role involves troubleshooting complex issues and recommending improvements. Responsibilities and Duties
Administer and operate VMware environment and Windows servers, including creating users, maintaining hosts, applying patches, and managing email archiving/filtering. Ensure hardware, OS, software, and procedures adhere to organizational standards and change management processes. Ensure all Windows servers are backed up and recoverable. Install and configure new Windows servers. Support and maintain Microsoft Active Directory Services. Provide second and third-level support for PC issues. Assist with application troubleshooting related to server and network infrastructure. Additional Information
