Job Title: People Operations/Total Rewards Manager
Location:
Greater Boston Area/Seacoast NH (Hybrid – 3-4 days onsite)

Compensation:
$130k base + bonus
About The Opportunity
We are partnering with an innovative and fast-growing global organization in the medical technology space that is expanding its HR leadership team. This
newly created position
offers an exciting opportunity to shape the Total Rewards function from the ground up. The Total Rewards Manager will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer and will play a key role in the development, implementation, and management of compensation, benefits, and wellness programs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of compensation and benefits strategies aligned with company goals and talent priorities Manage the annual compensation cycle, including salary structure development, market benchmarking, and incentive plan design Oversee benefits programs including health, retirement, wellness, and leave of absence policies Support M&A activities by assessing and integrating compensation and rewards programs Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure consistency, equity, and competitiveness across job levels and career tracks Design and implement internal communication strategies that promote awareness and understanding of Total Rewards offerings Monitor external trends and make data-driven recommendations to ensure programs remain competitive Mentor and develop junior team members as the Total Rewards function grows Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of compensation and benefits programs
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on compensation and benefits Demonstrated experience designing and managing compensation frameworks, benefits programs, and wellness initiatives Exposure to M&A integration and the ability to lead through change Strong knowledge of compliance and employee-related laws and regulations Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Strong communication skills with the ability to present data and insights to leadership HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) is a plus
