Apex Systems has partnered with a major player in the tech industry to find a Factory IT Support Technician in Renton. This is an on-site, contract-based role working on a
W2

Details: Title: Factory Technical Support Location: Renton, WA Contract Length: Multi-year Shift: 3rd shift - Thurs-Sun, 10 PM - 8:30 AM Pay Rate: Up to $20.40/hr Responsibilities include: Supporting mobile device operations and customer support incidents. Managing assets, including cataloging smartphones and other assets with appropriate tags. Providing training on smartphone use, including in-person, web-based, and classroom settings. First-level support for mobile devices via help desk requests. Installing applications and configuring security settings on smartphones. Qualifications: Educational background in technology (Associate degree or higher in IT, applicable certifications, military training, or hands-on experience). Experience working with computer hardware or mobile devices is preferred. Customer-facing experience and excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, solutions-oriented mindset, and a desire to grow professionally. Benefits:
