Job Overview Roaming Team's mission is to deliver on the Un-Carrier promise by providing a positive roaming experience so our customers can stay in touch with people and information, without thinking about their phone or their bill. The Roaming Solutions and Products team manages the lifecycle of in-house and vendor-managed roaming products. The Senior Manager, Product Management is responsible for executing the vision, design, and product roadmap of a key product or limited product portfolio in an Agile environment. Leading teams of 20+ FTE or contractors, this role supports P&L goals by building relationships with vendors, ensuring contract alignment with technology evolution and GSMA standards, and ensuring product compliance with cybersecurity policies. This role involves hiring and retaining high-performing teams, developing relationships with engineering, finance, and other partner organizations, and supporting vendors. Job Responsibilities Develop strategy, plan, and goals in collaboration with the Director, extending to customer teams and internal groups. Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, business assurance, financial operations, and accounting teams. Stay updated on GSMA & wireless industry trends, assess impacts on the roadmap, and collaborate with partners and vendors. Manage lifecycle of multiple roaming products, including creating and communicating product vision and roadmap. Develop change management strategies and cascade vision and strategy to align with corporate priorities. Guide product management teams and vendors on execution, accountability, and adherence to contractual terms. Ensure product funding processes are followed, resolve blockers, and coordinate activities between internal teams and vendors. Represent T-Mobile in vendor performance reviews, escalations, and relationship management. Support resource allocation, development plans, and performance improvements for direct reports. Education and Work Experience Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent (Required) Master's/Advanced Degree in Business Administration (Required) 10+ years of relevant product management experience in agile environments (Required) 4-7 years managing teams of 5+ resources (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Experience managing large, complex product lifecycles (Required) Effective communication with leadership and collaboration skills (Required) Strong analytical skills and experience with business data (Required) Experience with Agile project management tools (Required) Licenses and Certifications At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Travel : Yes Pay Range : $140,500 - $253,500, plus a 20% bonus target.
