The Test Analyst will validate and test the PeopleSoft HCM Payroll and Time and Attendance solutions within our O&M and new initiatives teams. Responsibilities include identifying and validating test scenarios, documenting test scripts, managing data preparation, and coordinating testing activities with client teams and SMEs. Experience with test automation tools, preferably Selenium, is required. The role emphasizes meeting schedules and budgets while focusing on continuous improvement. Specific Responsibilities:

Participate in meetings to understand testing goals and obtain client signoff. Collaborate with stakeholders to define user stories based on business processes and design. Demonstrate test scenarios during sprint reviews. Ensure testing activities are included in sprint plans to meet quality expectations. Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of testing experience. Hands-on experience with test automation tools. Experience with all testing phases. Experience with PeopleSoft HCM Payroll and Time and Attendance. Active Secret clearance. Preferred Qualifications:

Previous consulting experience and understanding of customer needs. 508 compliance experience. Additional Information:

US Citizenship is required. Compensation varies by location, with a range of $76,100—$136,700 USD in specified states. We offer comprehensive benefits and ongoing application acceptance.
