Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
to lead our organization into its next phase of growth and sustainability. The ideal candidate is a strategic entrepreneurial thinker, an effective communicator, and a passionate advocate for rural healthcare who will foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and vision for the hospital’s clinical, financial, and operational performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, physicians, board members, community leaders, and healthcare partners. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. Promote and develop services aligned with the needs of the community and sustainability of the hospital. Represent the hospital within the local and regional community, championing Gothenburg Health’s mission and values. Why Gothenburg? Deep understanding of rural healthcare challenges, reimbursement models, and patient care delivery systems.
