System One is seeking a Senior MS Solutions Architect for a long-term opportunity. The Senior Microsoft Architect collaborates with customers, management, and peers to design, configure, and support the entire Microsoft 365 Suite of hosted solutions. This includes Entra ID, hybrid Exchange, Exchange Online, Office 365, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint, Microsoft Intune, Windows Server, Windows SQL Server, Active Directory, Teams, phone systems, badge entry systems, mergers/acquisitions, Disaster Recovery, and communication services.
Responsibilities encompass specifications, installation, configuration, and testing of services, establishing guidelines and standards, supporting existing infrastructure and users, and providing project support as directed. Security mindset. Excellent troubleshooting, presentation, and communication skills are essential. A broad knowledge of all aspects of enterprise technologies is required. SharePoint/OneDrive, Exchange Online/Hybrid, Phone Systems Endpoint & Device Management: Intune (iOS, Android, Windows, Mac, App, Security, Device configuration) Disaster Recovery Skills and Experience:
10+ years of experience in IT Operations Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other technology discipline preferred Excellent Microsoft 365/Exchange troubleshooting skills Experience in Financial or Financial Technology Business is preferred Experience in environments supporting more than 700 users This position requires excellent internal-customer facing skills at all levels, with an outstanding “Deskside Manner.” Subject Matter Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, Windows Server, Intune, Virtualization Proficiency in SCCM, Azure Landing Zone, VDI
