that is actively hiring multiple associates to join their
Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice
across several major markets: Washington, D.C. | New York | Boston | Dallas | Wilmington | Harrisburg, Pittsburg, Lancaster, and Philadelphia, PA We are seeking a
mid-level associate
to join a premier
Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice . The ideal candidate will bring a
blend of litigation and transactional skills , ideally developed at a
top-tier law firm , and have
strong academic credentials
to support sophisticated client work. Experience representing
debtors, creditors’ committees, and asset acquirers Strong working knowledge of
RSAs, DIP financings, reorganization plans, and exit facilities Demonstrated expertise in the
Bankruptcy Code , with experience drafting pleadings, briefs, and motions Solid understanding of the
financial and accounting considerations
involved in restructurings Admission to the
NY or DC Bar
