Senior Provider Marketing Associate

for our

New Venture

will play a crucial role in creating our brand’s voice for our providers and maximizing the provider experience throughout their journey with us. Using provider-centric, data-driven strategies, this individual will be responsible for capturing the sentiments of our providers to curate a personalized, fulfilling experience for our entire network: driving growth, engagement, and efficiency throughout their Spring Health lifecycle. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Provider Strategy of our New Venture, the Provider Lifecycle Lead will support the entire provider journey, from initial onboarding to ongoing engagement and retention. We are only considering candidates who can work in-person 3 days per week at our San Francisco office (near Embarcadero BART) What you’ll be doing: Lead and optimize creation of content and collateral supporting the entire provider lifecycle at Spring Health. Support multi-channel strategies to onboard, engage, and retain providers, fostering a strong and active network. Support development and execution of larger network strategies to drive engagement with our product platform. Establish and manage initiatives to strengthen provider relationships and engagement, such as provider ambassador programs, peer support groups, and focus groups. Monitor key performance indicators such as provider retention, satisfaction rates, and engagement metrics to track success and inform improvements. Collaborate closely with product, operations, and network teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality provider experience. What success looks like in this role: Optimized Provider Journey:

Builds a thoughtful and streamlined provider lifecycle, from initial enrollment to ongoing engagement, leading to reduced time-to-first-session and improved provider satisfaction. High Provider Engagement & Retention:

Achieves measurable improvements in provider satisfaction scores (e.g., NPS) and a reduction in provider attrition rates, reflecting increased participation in engagement and community-building programs. Data-Driven Insights:

Establishes robust reporting mechanisms, providing actionable insights that drive improvements in provider experience and operational efficiency across the entire lifecycle. Strategic Impact:

Enables the successful roll-out and expansion of new Spring Health service lines by ensuring a robust and engaged provider network. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Fosters effective partnerships across teams, leading to seamless execution of projects and alignment with broader business strategies. What we expect from you: 3-5 years of relevant experience in provider relations, network operations, or lifecycle management within a healthcare or tech environment. Proven experience creating high-engagement collateral and content for large audiences. Data-driven, analytical, and operational in nature. Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills. Creative, collaborative, sharp, humble, and goal-oriented. A genuine interest in promoting community and relationship building. Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to inform strategy and drive decisions. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively. The target base salary range for this position is

$75,000 - $95,000 , and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
