Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon
to the group at
NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi and North Central Bronx . Jacobi Medical Center is a 457-bed, Level I Trauma Center and North Central Bronx Hospital (NCB) has 213 licensed beds. The faculty represent all specialties within OBGYN including Maternal Fetal Medicine, Genetics, Gynecologic Oncology, Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, Urogynecology, and Reproductive Endocrinology. The Department focuses on delivering the highest quality care to our patients. We employ multidisciplinary simulation, huddling, and debriefs to promote teamwork and standardize care to continually improve our processes. We have a relatively young faculty that is eager to develop academically and work collaboratively with nurses, midwives and physician assistants to deliver the highest quality care to our patients in a safety net setting.

Provide gynecologic surgical care to patients, including minimally invasive techniques Provide support for other gynecologic surgeons who are not as well versed in minimally invasive technique Provide supervision and teaching to Fellows, Residents and Medical Students Participate in Performance improvement (PI) Activities for the OBGYN department Assist in the formulation of protocols Participate in didactic sessions for medical student and resident education
